Traditional Quilt Stands

Birchwood offers a traditional mortice & tenon constructed quilt rack. The rack can double as a valet for clothes or towel rack – perfect for drying damp things in front of the fire on a cool day.

Our quilt stands are handmade using the tried and true mortice & tenon joints of the 1800’s (not dowels, biscuit joints or pocket screws which are fast but inferior as these will not pass the test of time).
